If you are using your bike for regular short blasts to work, The Staple is the service for you. This service is ideal too if the bike has been stood for a long time unused.

• Remove drivetrain components from the bicycle

• Basic clean of frame and fork

• Thoroughly clean the drivetrain

• Check and adjust hub, bottom bracket and headset bearings

• True both wheels

• Fit all parts that have been removed

• Tyres inspected for wear and inflated to correct pressure

• Gear Service

• Brake Service

• Full bolt check and test ride
